I think they only rewrap the bar actually…
I assume more will be sold with different branded wraps in the future.
(Like the 1100mAh 18350 cells first sold by Aspire)
None the less, kudo’s to Vapcell for being the first.
…and at a very affordable price too.
I ordered 4 from Illumn. $3.75 shipped. I’ve tried them in the Utorch Ut01 and the Lumintop Tool AA 2.0 for a few minutes each is all. Very good so far but not enough run-time to be sure how they will do but I am optimistic. I don’t have anything that draws much over 2A so I can’t try it in higher drain devices.
Yes! Thanks Dennis for making these 16340’s possible via Vapcell. In a quick comparison with the discontinued AW 16340 15C, I see comparable performance but with 200mAh more capacity I will certainly get me a number of these for my hotrod 16340 builds!
And what about those blue Vapcell 650mAh 14500 cells, are they new too? The capacity is not great but they are high current. Would anyone know how they perform against the purple Efest 14500 cells?
This is April the 1st, so is this a april fools joke or do we get a link to buy.
Where are you finding any specs on these djozz?
Found it, its the graph in the first post. I thought that was for the 14500 but I know see its the 16340. If it had been a snake I’d be bit. .
When I do a google search for “vapcell 16340” they come up at banggood but when I clink the link it goes to banggood then hangs up. Tried both Chrome and IE, last night and today. I’m ready to pull the trigger on a half a dozen of these if I new which way to shoot.
I do often have some queue, at the current time it is very bad for >2800mAh batteries, but I only have one Vapcell branded battery in queue at the current time and it goes on the tester very soon.
I do not have a red 2800mAh from your, but I have a black I bought myself, it is tested, but not published yet.
The 4500mAh is the one I have left in queue.
I test most batteries I get or buy, but a few do not get published for different reason: they get to old before I can test them, another reason can be a fault on my test station, (This happens a few times each year), sometimes I can use the data, sometimes not. And sometimes I makes mistakes when testing.
