A quad optisolis with 2x 6500K and 2x 5000K will be part of my next order. 
could a quad optosolis be useable in say a Viking Pro flashlight? or stick to E21A 6500k?.
was also thinking of mixing 6500 and 5000k E21A or Optosolis.

No, you can’t reliably use Optisolis in flashlights such as Viking Pro. I can’t give you answer to E21A quadtrix in Viking Pro too, I’ve told you I haven’t done a thorough test about it. Still don’t have convenient time for it.
