Two quick things:
1. What’s a “good runtime”? 1h, 90min, what?
2. Wide beam and long range are mutually exclusive – wide beams don’t reach far, and a long range beam is tight by principle.
Anyway, do you have anything against Sofirn?
Maybe consider Sofirn SP31 V2.0.
Very similar to Fenix PD35 V2.0 that costs $70 bucks or more.
