WTS: DRILLED OPTICS - 10507 / 10508 / 10509 / 10511

It’s drilled with a smaller bit too so you can push out the trit if you need

Nice.

That’s neat, I have never seen one that small. :open_mouth: . I’m assuming it is pretty small anyway.

Dang, those tritium pieces are expensive in my opinion. Just didn’t realize the cost.

Yes they are good and surprisingly powerful, you hold the little collar at the bottom above the chuck to steady it and just push up and down - you probably guessed that bit though lol!
They only go up to around 3mm drill, or mine does - it depends what sort of collet system they have/ the size of actual drill.

Thanks GOOSE… :+1: … Yeah, I’ve seen several and actually have a bigger one. But I have never seen one that small…. that looks real handy.

I gotta locate one somewhere.

Dremel sells a micro chuck too

I believe this is a sales thread…
Perhaps you could move this discussion into a new mod thread

Ever tried herding cats?
Discussion keeps the thread on the most recent pages.

I would like to order one for my fw3a. Which is a replacement for what is stock? And which will make it throw better?
TIA
Chris

stock: 10511

throw slightly better (at the expense of funny shaped corona/spill): 10507

Could I please get a pm with the price of the optics +trits?

Last night ordered a 10507 and 10511, shipped already - thanx!!

I'm gonna combine one with a Glow Gasket and see how it looks

Please PM me with price on 1 10507 w/ inserts.

PM sent

Post pics once you get them

Being right next to the emitters, does the heat of running at turbo risk damaging the trit vials or have any effect on the tritium itself?

No, I doubt they even get as hot as the head of the light and they are encased in glass anyways.

These look amazing. I’m going to try and make my own (for the cost and shipping to the UK I can afford to waste a few optics) but I’m sure they won’t be up to this standard.

The nightstand collection:

This is early morning light and the camera is brightening the trits but they look this bright at night. I prefer this cause powered tail switches are too bright and use battery
