Not at the moment. They told me that they want to wait untill they have finished the machining part. They have changed so many things in the production, that they want to wait and see how much they have to scrap.
The new driver is a bit more expensive and they will for sure have a bit more heads to scrap (+ the new head has a bit more mass).
So it expect the price above the old D80. I hope that it will not be much more but we will have to wait a bit longer.
I hope we can get a decent price. Black is fine too if that’s what they want to do.
Why not just do clear ano like Fireflies? Looks good and you get the protection and lockout.

I prefer matte when anodisation is needed, but if a bare one is available, i certainly will order one!

New WildTrail (former LuckSun) BLF-D80v2 Sale is open. - #11 by KawiBoy1428 This is a picture of the old D80. The New D80 will look almost the same. We added one cooling finn on the bottom of the head and cut the finns deeper + we made the tube a tiny bit bigger to give people the chance to use 20mm mod drivers (it is much harder to get boost drivers in 17mm). Almost all changes are on the inside of the light.
When i get pictures of the new D80 i will update them in the first post.
And no need for a interest list for the anodized version. In the first run they are making 250 with XP-L-Hi and 250 with SST-40 led.
Only the no ano needs a list because they need to know how many lights have to be set asside before they anodize the rest.
