I update.
-On the 9th they sent me an email from cservicesz@banggood.com saying that they were investigating and asking for 3-4 more days of waiting.
I answer that I give them 4 day of waiting.
-On the 16th I sent them an email saying that I had not received the order, the tracking never worked, that 60 days had passed, that the item was in stock with shipping in 1-3 days and that I wanted it sent to me.
They respond asking for confirmation of the shipping address and they ask me to go (again) to the post office to find out about the package.
I go to the post office, the official, already tired of seeing me, after checking on the computer, she responds with a blunt: “In the system nothing appears with that tracking number. It never came to a post office.” Nor is there anything in my name or address.
-On the 17th I sent another email confirming the address, saying that the package did not arrive, that I went to the post office to find out and they informed me that no parcel with that tracking number has arrived in the country, nor is there any other in my name or address, that the item was “Only 1 units. Processing time:Ships in 24 hours” and please arrange the reshipment with Air Parcel Register.
They respond that they have arranged a reshipment of the order, they give me a new number with the format A00006xxxxxxxxxx and that I can check the new order number in “My Account > My orders”.
A few minutes ago I check in “My Account > My orders” and the new order appears in “Back Order”.
The item appears: “Only 1 units. Processing time:Ships in 24 hours”.
What is the problem to justify the delay in the new shipment?
