i run a giveaway for my youtube channel:

There's something odd with the MT07 "Buffalo". Banggood says the CW is 8,000lm (N4 flux bin) and the NW is 4,500lm only (N2 flux bin). I wonder what "upgrade" version they are offering? HaikeLite could have used the P2 flux bin for the MT07 as they did with the upgraded MT09R. Maybe Banggood's got wrong information listed on their website?

It needs to have a new driver to produce something near 8000 Lumen. But I dont think they have another because the TA-Driver is designed for one switch and this flashlight has two switches of cause.
I have modded mine to a Lexel-Driver and 12V MCPCB. See this flashlight as a modding host and you will get what you want.
Another problem of my MT07 was that the reflector came loose. So I had to add a O-Ring between lens and reflector, but I didnt had one in the correct size, so I used two opened C8 rings.
… some pictures: https://www.taschenlampen-forum.de/media/albums/haikelite-mt07-mit-lexel-treiber-6a-12v.2236/ (I changed the resistors to something above 7A from the buck-driver.)

Danke Dir Wieselflinkpro! :+1:

new flashlight on the way!

Imalent DM70

That is a cool light!
Do Imalent lights allow led swaps? (ze glue situation?)

I agree. Reasonable sized and powerful. Hopefully it’s available with a NW emitter.

4500 lumen from a boost driver? Hmmm…

Since most max out at maybe 3500, I’m quite skeptical.

+1 for NW option. If so I may have to purchase this!

Well, this may be a therapeutical flashlight after all ! I may need it :innocent:

Agreed. I like most of what I see on that light, but I have a box full of lights waiting for me to get around to replacing their cool white LEDs. I don’t need to add another light to that box.

DN70 reaches 3800 Lumen. Its a similar Watt-region with the “new” XHP70.2. So its realistic.

Where did anyone measure 3800 from a DN70?

I in my Sphere. I hope its good calibrated, compared to some other spheres I got similar readings with some identical flashlights and other readings with the same flashlight model.

I think the reviews on the DN70 maxed out around 3300 lumen. Most 26650 70.2 lights exaggerate their output. Also, 3800 to 4500 lumen is a very big jump for a boost driver.
