I ordered a Uniquefire UF-2100 XM-L T6 from Banggood.com on march 3rd . On march 7th My order was updated from "processing" and now said it had shipped. Well three weeks later and no Flashlight so I sent them A E-mail and they responded to it two days later and told me that my Flashlight was temporarily out of stock. What?? How did they ship an Item that was Out of stock? I mean my Account told me it had shipped after all. They offered me any comparable item or a refund. I chose a refund and have not heard back from them yet. Not a pleasant experience, so far I hope they make good on the refund.
Any Good Bang should have a happy ending. Sorry it didn't work out that way for you. 
Make sure it's not an error in communication. I've had that happen to me. They sometimes read the item description and assume you are asking about the item, and not your (already shipped) order.

They included my order no and the sku no. of the product in their reply. They know what I ordered and that they had already told me it shipped even though it didnt. I just hope I hear back from them about my refund soon.

If you paid with PayPal, you still have 22 days to file a dispute if it never shows.
its been 24 days as of midnight tonight since I odered . but its only been 3 days since they promised me a refund. Can I still file a dispute?
Promises, promises. If they don't deliver on the refund, you can file a dispute anytime up to the 45 day limit.

I sent Them a second e-mail today reminding them I want a refund but no response yet...Not impressed with this company at all
they finally got back to me to tell me they cant give me a refund because I waited to long to respond to their e-mail and my flashlight is no longer on backorder and has been shipped. going on five weeks now and no flashlight...Never again
I bought a i4 interllicharger from banggood and it didn’t come with a power cord. WTF. straight to PP for me.
Bought couple of loctite glues and a pressure switch from BG some months ago. Glues were fine, but switch was completely different what was advertized. I especially choose it because of sexy product page picture although it was twice as expensive than generic switches. I was very disappointed to receive cheap crappy generic 3 usd switch.
Customer service didn’t understand the problem and insisted that it is the same as in product picture and I should be happy. Had to file paypal claim.
