some drivers got LS for permanent LED light

*also most high current new drivers got filtering for better LVP, but this makes re flashing impossible
there is a solder bridge you can open next to small C3*
2S boards are now available in FET+x+1AMC or FET+1+indicator LED output, by adding solder bridges to change pin out

Interested for my two AT40s. I’ve never bought on here before and I’m not sure how it works and I didn’t see a sticky about it.
I have a reverse clicky 14500 light that could use a new driver. Now it’s 1-mode on/off.
What options do you have on a 15mm board?
Is it a FET driven board or purely regulated? I don’t need Turbo mode, i need long runtime
15mm is FET+4+1
Shipped today 4 orders
Could I get two 17mm drivers please, soldered wires and short spring please.
It seems I ran into a big problem
The latest drivers I built with new batch of AMCs get faulty
they do not shut down complete after the AMCs got first time used
more use and it seems more get faulty or one more bad
Those were ordered from LCSC, I build now 7 drivers in a row and all get faulty
Also very low moonlight levels do not work with them
Just hooked up a 22mm “D4” driver. It’s in the green one in the middle.
Anduril Runtimes at level 5/7 stepped ramp (should be running on the FET in the stock drivers)
The black D4 (stock driver - XP-G2): 3:15
The green D4 (LX 22mm FET+6+1 - 219C): 2:10
The silver D4 (stock driver - XP-L HI): 2:45
I know the 219C are inefficient, but the stock driver lasts an hour longer before stepping down.
Shouldn’t the FET+6+1 driver with the AMC’s last longer at high output?
If it lasts less long there is a simple reason it’s that it draws a higher current,
you can’t assume they draw same current as they have different ramping tables
Just took it apart. Looks like I also made a mistake. I only used 20AWG wire from the driver to the MCPCB :person_facepalming:
Lexel, do you produce any drivers in the 10440 size range - say, 10mm or 11mm? I don't see any listed below 15mm, so I assume not, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
12mm with 1mm copper rim
Hi. Sorry if is not the best way to ask. I am looking to drive 3 osram oslom luw with 15 volts. The driver could be square or round. I can glued with ceramic epoxy to a heatsink. I need 4. Thanks in advantage.
How do I go about ordering a driver board?
Interested in board for MF02, would it have to run standard battery config?
I have an extension tube on order.
I have the Buck that is 4S only with 12V LED
I know many have seen that I had huge delay in last 3 weeks literally came not to forum orders
I was barely getting enough time to deal with commercial stuff with Fireflies and Astrolux for example
last 2 days I was so busy completely rearranging my living room to fit a 190×70cm working table to get enough space to work more efficiently on flashlight stuff,
my couch, couch table, parts of the furniture and the cat tree were literally packed with flashlight stuff, also window and floor with a lot of stuff standing around everywhere
Also have at the moment 12 young cat babies that need to be dealt with to get them sold that eats time as they are now 9 and 10 weeks old from 2 cat moms
Good to hear. Did you also sort out the faulty AMC’s ?
I’m building a S2+ that needs a 17mm driver.
What’s the difference between the “3 channel (Bistro HD)” and the regular “TA 17-19mm” design?
The first seems to have multiple FETs ?
What would you recommend? It going to be a single emitter. Aiming for longest runtime, no hotrodding
