So these are the new 14500 king, am I getting this right? Checked the graphs and they seem to beat the Vapcell Gold pretty much everywhere above 0.5A, and let’s face it all flashlights nowadays are drawing more than 1A.

This seems to beat the Vapcell (in higher drains, I mean)
First I thought they would be the same batteries, but…it seems the aren’t! Or am I wrong?

We are not the same battery, Our shockli AA/14500 3.7V battery button top are native (NOT welded), the native button is No increase in internal resistance, better performance, more secure.

Quick calculation:
Driving a quad E21 CRI9080 this cell should easily do 2000 LED lm.
And 2500+ with CRI70.
So easily 1700 CRI9080 lm OTF and 2200 CRI70 lm OTF.
Not bad…

Wow this cell even beats the Vapcell Gold in HKJ’s comparator at 2A and higher. Seems like we have a new 14500 high capacity king. But for lights meant for long runtimes on low output, the Vapcell Gold still does a bit better. I will have some of both

Enogear SS usb rechargeable (modded with Optisolis 2700K)

Depends on your taste. I don’t like any of those so I don’t own them. The choice of 14500 lights compared to 18650 is very limited.

I have these 14500s now for a few weeks. These high capacity batteries perform as promised. The photo shows the readings after the second time charging.

They’re ‘feeding’ my new Lumintop Tool AA 2.0 and running it on turbo this battery will power it for just over half an hour before it steps down. On high mode you can multiply that by 3. Not bad at all!

Always check that the Jet-1 is turned off before storing it, it lacks LVP and mine somehow drained 2 14500s (not shockli) to 0.7V :person_facepalming:
