Beware of Banggood! Goods not received! Repayment not received!
I ordered a Subotech BG1520 from Banggood on April 4th. The part was sent on 3 May! The shipment has not arrived.
I have only always received unspoken answers to my emails !!! On July 30, Banggood wrote me that the repayment will be received within 2 days.
But after 14 days, the repayment is NOT received and I get again only meaningless answers! It is very outrageous how Banggood deals with customers.
It will be sent after more than 4 weeks and the goods have not arrived after more than 4 months. The promised repayment was NOT carried out!
Worse is not!
Be careful, buy at another shop !!!!
Also inappropriate for a person to register just to rant about a retailer. Not only grounds for stern warning, but Iâd suggest suspending their account for a time, because their intention is not to engage about flashlights⊠the main premise of this forum.
File a Paypal claim and let them sort it out, either that or claim off your credit card. If you paid by debit card, well, get yourself a few beers, relax and forget about it because itâs unlikely youâll be getting a refund.
Every now and again this happens shopping in China, protect yourself and you should always be ok in the end, to be fair it could still turn up - I have had stuff take longer.
Sometimes you guys forget that there are a lot of users who lurk only, and never make an account. Iâve stated my dislike for Banggoodâs business practices in many threads in the past â at one point, I had a half dozen orders over a 30 day period and the majority of those were cancelled because of lack of stock and the money only returned reluctantly after a significant delay of several weeks (it was like I was lending them money at 0% interest so they could pay their bills) â so let me be the first one in the thread to say that even though Iâm a little skeptical, I do find the story credible. The companyâs business model is not based around providing much customer service at all, which is very much the opposite of Amazon, in spite of how their seemingly infringing logo design would lead you to believe.
Never pay outside Paypal!
And even if you pay with Paypal, make sure you can wait 3-4 months for your money back, because they will wait to respond to Paypal until the last day!
I already went though this with Banggood.
And I suspect Gearbest is even worse. but I didnât buy anything over $20 from there that they didnât ship or was broken, So I canât speak for myself. Iâve heard stories thoâŠ
Another week, another banggood problem. Yes, theyâre a super cheap Chinese seller and things will go wrong sometimes. Consider it before buying, adjust your expectations, and avoid if thatâs unsatisfactory for you. Personally, I havenât had any issues, but I always consider the possibility of problems before ordering there.
Imagine thinking that posting a thread about your experience with a budget dealer in the Budget Dealer Experiences forum is grounds for account suspension. Absolutely unreal.
Would you like to disclose anything about any employment agreement or conflict of interest you may have with this company and the topic, xevious??? Your comment is highly suspicious.
If this wasnât the OPâs first post, I think most people would cut him some slack. Or, at the very least, if the product was related to flashlights. As it stands, he seems a bit troll-ish. His story is probably true, but so what? He should post somewhere that is relevant, and ideally where it isnât his first post.
Heâs even too lazy to look up previous threads on BGâs customer service. He could have added to one of those threads, if he took 1 minute to do a search.
Frankly, I donât think his account should be suspended, but I donât think it would matter either way. Heâs done his hit, and heâs moved on. I donât think heâs much interested in flashlights.
Any poney paid is a lottery. Until the items arive.
occasionally. donât xpect to recieve. Mainly a mix of.
China Post and the dealer.
Usually China post.
I pay. Mostly, in a month or so. It arrivesâŠ
When you figure the millions of tiny transactions that occur over the ammount of items.
China post do a marvellous job.
Iâve had a $160 torch. and a small 2 x rear sw ($1.35) Delivered to Aust
without fault.
In regards to what we buy.
The money we pay wouldnât pay just the postage of the items from Aust (USA) to China.
Most of the items are basically free.
Bangood. Gearbest and MOST of the others do do a great job too.
They donât only deal in torches and knives.
You name t. theyâll copy it. with varying levels of quality and success.
Just a matter of sorting wheat from chaff.
Just sit back a second and think.
Really. IF China deals, delivery, and prices werenât here.
How much /many, of the items we have.
Would we really have.
Iâm more than willing to gamble the few $$âs I do. for the returns I Generally get.
$10 pw. is it. $520 pr yr. mainly. Not even a shot of Whiskey over the bar.
Things have definitely changed with the China connection in the years since I joined up with this forum....so much so that I now happily rely upon Amazon to fulfill some of those "just got to have" little jewels. That said, the China connection has become somewhat passe' for me.
We do? I didnât. Why would you think I did? Itâs not relevant in this case. If it was a lurker who lurks here, the user would just have posted in one of the regular banggood bashing threads instead of attempting to post it all over the forum.
I was being charitable. Clearly, I shouldnât have been, but the reason I was giving you the benefit of the doubt is because youâre expressing a truly toxic attitude of elitism and entitlement. Last I checked, the name of the website wasnât Mike Câs Good Olâ Boys Club for just your buddies to post in. Everyone is welcome to post new, on-topic threads, even new members.
