The new web site looks great! Nice work.
I regret the loss of my order history, particularly since I placed an order the day before the new site went up, but as long as the order still gets processed I can live with it.
This should be a real improvement going forward.
And now I want a new D1S. :-}
Thanks for all the work you put into making your customer’s lives better.
All the orders for the old site will be handled and shipped.

Hello Hank,
what will happen wit the old order history?
Is she lost?
So far, I can say your website is awesome and really clear! :+1:
The old data is not lost, they are saved in the old site data base, however, we have no idea how to transfer it into the new site.

If it’s still possible to access the old data, might not be a bad idea to send out an email to let people know that the old site is being removed at some stage, so people can log in and print their orders as PDFs or similar - that way they can keep a manual copy for their records. Maybe a month or two’s grace period?
The new site looks awesome! I just ordered a D4S two days ago and hope it does not get lost in the transition. Next order will be much easier on this site. Thank you!

Yes, the old site will still be accessable for long time so that the customers can view their order history, just that the old data can not be transfered to the new site since those two sites have completely different systems.

GREAT job on the new site! Looks good! Thank you.
… question on the new D4S. Why would someone need to select an aux led color , when there are programmable ones??? Am I missing something? Thanks.

You do not need to choose the aux LED color if you choose the programmable one, but we are not sure how to
change it on the site.
