The problem being is that my contact is doing this for me since I worked at a lighting manufacturer: that was the only way she got the deal to “only” need 2000pcs to order them, and she convinced the Samsung electronics distributor to agree. Period of ordering has been defined as indefinite.
Otherwise, 5000pcs would be the minimum quantity.
I’m really lucky that the reason OEMs aren’t getting these is that they are quite expensive to “ordinary” LH351Ds, so not many OEMs ordering it at all.
The funny thing is that tint mixing is getting so much attention that high tint binned regular below BBL LEDs aren’t selling as well as before, as tint mixing can allow for cheaper per meter LED luminaires for a given CCT with as little tint shift as possible and varying CCT options and more granular control of brightness.
