I know it’s a long shot but if anyone has an unushed green 18350 tube for the D4/D1 I’d be happy to take it off their hands. 
I might have one that has not been used, they are awfully short for general use. What ya looking to trade?
FYI, I believe there were at least 2 different types of green finish, smooth and gritty. If you are looking for a matching finish, you might want to check for that.
If I can find mine… it is the V1 smooth finish.
I was looking to just buy one outright.
The only thing I have that might be of interest in that price range is a BLF-348 from the third (I think) group buy.
You’re correct. Thanks for looking out. I felt it was enough of a long shot that I would have accepted either finish (I made the mistake of passing on one with the ‘chalky’ finish when Mtn Electronics still had them in stock).

More than welcome… I would not have ever used it, it was to short for my hands.
I have a Ti one with the shorty tube so I knew how it would feel. Since I got my v2 I thought it would be a nice change for the older one.
