[M4D deal] Nightwatch NI40 with Luminus SBT90 Gen2 interest list OPEN

Ordered, thanks!I suspect this light will be a big hit. Sould be perfect for my needs.

Ordered, thanks

Sorry so late, but just submitted a request. Is it still good?

Hi Martin, could you still send me a code for 2nd batch?
Do you have any info about approximate lumen specs or current draw of all mods?
Could you confirm the light always starts on moonlight mod (no memory)?

Thanx! Got the code and submitted the order for batch #2.

Afair it has mode memory

since I am not at home I cannot measure every mode etc...

codes are sent to all requests asap

still not easy here in China ;)

will be better Monday when I am back

Good to know. I just purchased three units. If you can confirm turbo is in the mode sequence or at least if turbo can be memorized, I’ll purchase another 3 or more more.

How’s does the SBT90 Gen2 compare to Osram leds, such as white 1mm, 2mm etc?

SBT90.2 has wayyy more lumens, wayyy more amps. Not sure head-to-head on throw in similar lights, but I would imagine the 1mm/2mm's are more of a pencil beam simply because of the higher lumens of the SBT90.2.

I try to find out

Edit: Neal said yes

Placed my order, thanks Martin and Neal.

Yes to what? Turbo can be memorized??

correct

Turbo can be memorized

Wonderful. This light is gonna be a hit.

For the price with a SBT90.2 it surely will :+1:

Wonder what the flux bin is. Here is the chart from the SBT90.2 datasheet below. I'm trying to order 3 pieces of just the LED mounted on a 20mm MCPCB but all they had was flux bins RB and SA, so I'm ordering the SA bins, but there 5 higher bins listed:

The last bin is crazy! Wonder which one is being used in this light. Btw where did u even find this datasheet…Mars? Pluto?

I asked Wendy and she emailed it to me -- will post a link to it on my google drive share...

try this for the SBT90.2 datasheet. let me know if it works or not for you.

Agree - would be great to know the bin they are using in this light.

I wonder if there’s any chance for a group buy to get the top bins. Perhaps we can chip in with some light manufacturers or sellers like KD, L4P, MTN, Emisar.

I'm think'n the higher bins might not exist yet. CREE would do the same thing - all bins/tints listed would no be available, but for CREE now, they are mostly at the high end of the bin range anyways, sometimes higher than the datasheets define. It's all a matter of what they can produce, and what the distributors/resellers carry. Maybe the high bins exist but are twice the price - who knows...
