What you got today

Got some GITD markers for keychains and lanyards

The North Face Atlas Triclimate Jacket, only paid ~€140 which is cheap for German market standards. I like the versatility of the jacket.... water- and windproof, breathable, seam sealed , zip-in fleece jacket, fully adjustable and removable hood, pit-zip vents. Overall a nice value for the money paid.

I got a couple of pairs of Duluth Traders Firehose pants. These things are even better than expected. I have been going through Levis on the job like toilet paper. These will hold up and guaranteed for life. Good deal.

You wipe your butt with your Levis??? TP is a lot cheaper you know.

The UNI-T UT61E from DX http://www.dealextreme.com/p/ut61e-2-6-lcd-digital-multimeter-red-black-1-x-9v-6f22-battery-113306

nice one! i have this too, and use it all the time. i havent figured out how the PEAK-button works..

I was just thinking to get that same multimer but since the delivery time on DX is absolutely terrible I gave up that idea :/

How the HOLD button works, does it have to be pressed during the measurement (need three hands to do that) or you can pres it and then use both hands to measure?

while a measurment is being done (2 hands), a 3rd hand presses the HOLD button to freeze the display. useless function.

you wont find automatic HOLD in meters of this sub-60$ price class ;)

Ordered 4/04/2012, delivered 17/04/2012. That is not bad for DX.

I am still waiting some stuff that I ordered on 22/02/2012 and 08/03/2012 (backordered) :/

P.S. kreisler thanks for the info on hold button, I hoped it's automatic...

I FINALLY got my fandyfire HD2011 from the DX deals buy. Wow. That was way too long of a wait. Horrible on DX's part taking a few weeks just to ship it out, and then a month for it to arrive.

It is bright! draws 3.0A on my blue trustfire 18650, but my HIMAX's dont fit. Diameter is too big. The tint is not to my liking now that I've been using my neutrals lol. Overall, for the money it is pretty dang nice though!

ROTFL! :)

Can you give us some links so we can have time to prepare all those excuses? :)

I'm thinking about making something for my scooter, but I have no idea where/how to start. It has a horrible battery/cell, original lights are powered by a dynamo, and I don't think it can supply much current.

Having a separate cell pack for lights seems cumbersome.

Do you have any good links for modding scooter headlights? ;)

Thanks,

Viktor

Got another package from solarforce. Ordered an L2m and was sent an L2 - has no writing on it at all?

...from DX

Thrunite T20 arrived from Craig at Illumination Supply (I won it in the first Facebook "Like" draw). Less than a week from West coast to London - impressive).

Should mention that I actually came second in the draw - Craig's brother won, but declined. Nice family.

Nice little light, and I even have a use for it, beside the bed on my narrowboat. Will be a novelty when I'm asked "what do you need another light for" to have an answer.

finally got my package from manafont..fenix bike mount, srm 01 knife and some watch batteries..64 days to my door lol

Keygos 26650s came today, well actually yesterday but they don't fit in the mailboxes at the apartments so they were left in the office and I picked them up today. Ordered them on 4/7/12 and they were delivered 4/18/12, 11 days to NC, not bad at all, blows away the shipping times I have experienced from CNQG by a huge margin.

Today I got a package containing 2 gray TF 14500 protected cells, a 3*AA battery case and 3 Crystal Head vodka skull shot glasses.

Finally got my hands on some real "Super Lube".

All my threads now feel very naughty!

I want naughty flashlights! Where did you order it from? :)
