What are you snacking on now?

Majans Bhuja Pea Mix. They used to do a crunchy seasoned peas that was better.

In about an hour, either a pear or a banana. Probably the banana since it won’t be long until lunchtime, and the pear is more satiating so better for the 8-klick bike trip home.

EDIT: Did pick the banana. It was good.

Wasabi Peas .

I have to really restrain myself from devouring a whole bag .

Fresh radish right now.
Mike

Peanut Butter M&M’s.

Pistachio nuts, think I ate 10 bags recent weeks.

White chocolate

Portuguese pear right now. Juicy, firm and sweet almost like candy. Now I doubt there’ll be enough by the end of the week for me to try making kompot

Dark chocolate covered hazelnuts.

Fresh habanero pepper. I like to catch the endorphin glow.

Mexico Lindo Habanero sauce on yellow corn tortilla chips

Earlier Deer Jerky. Now, peanut brittle. The lady down the road makes the peanut brittle herself. I normally don’t do sweets and try and keep my sugar intake to a minimum but, boy it sure is good.

Corn tortilla chips and homemade hummus heavy on the garlic. Pomegranate.

Hatch chili guacamole with blue corn tortilla chips.

Turkey Breast + Avocado on Multi-Grain.

Banana and peanut butter.

A square of a Trader Joe’s organic 72% cacao belgian dark chocolate bar. Well, okay, 2 squares really.

YO MAMA!

Sorry, I had to

They make an 85% cacao bar that’s delicious. Title is “The Dark Chocolate Lover’s Chocolate Bar.” Only 6g of sugar per serving (40g). It’s low on the sugar so the chocolate flavor comes through more. Really delicious.

One of my go-to snacks is a slice of toasted bread with cream cheese and sunflower seeds sprinkled on top. I put a nice generous layer of the sunflower seeds. Tend to go with dried but not salted. As long as they’re fresh, taste is great. I love it on sour dough bread.

Other times I’ll smear a thick layer of avocado on toast. I’m hearing that millennials are into that as a breakfast substitute (instead of cereal).
