Thank you for the pics Kindle! Now that you uploaded them I see that the ones in the first pics show up as well (I suppose Martin has edited the post silently).

On HL3A vs. Fireflies PL47 - the latter is 21700 which is a major reduction of comfort but give much longer runtime.
Despite many similarities I view them as so different that I wouldn’t even call them competitors - though I see that others would. So apparently I would be wrong. :wink:

In FW4A - I’m a bit diappointed that it doesn’t use a 22 mm Manker lens. Not that I expected that from Lumintop but with that lens it would be quite a bit smaller and throwier as well. And I agree it deserves 21700….

I would not say competitor to the HL3A vs PL47, but they are similar with their outer appearance, position of driver, LEDs, ….

In the very early development of the FW3A, together with fritz and perhaps only in the TLF I think, was discussed to make it with 21700. But for that the head was too small.
But now with the 4 Emitter head, it must be a 21700 flashlight. And with that it will have the same appearance as the FW3A.
