I tried to present those 3 flashlights without making just another "glossy beautyshot advertising galore" ;)
Let me know what you liked and what you missed!

Thanks for the video, I found it useful. I was particularly interested in the charging and surprised the Fenix over charged, that is not good.
Please could you answer one question for me about the tail cap of the olight, is there voltage present on the switch? Can you short it out? Would you get a tingle with wet hands?
I wonder how they did that? What has put me off the olight tail charging in the past is the risk of shorting out, especially in my work where metal chips are abundant.
they use the front contacts for driving the flashlight
2.5V watch voltage against the tail contact
using 2 resistor levels to activate modes
if the 5V chargingvoltage are detected charging starts
Remove the tail cap from the M2R Pro, and press the battery in with your thumb. You can still operate the light with the side switch.
So you’re correct on the front contacts driving the light.
I think you missed my point. I know you said in the video you aren’t a police officer. But many who use “Tactical” flashlights aren’t police officers. You don’t have to look for trouble, sometimes trouble finds you.
Still learning the lingo around here, but does blinky stuff mean the strobe feature? If yes, why would you not use it for self defense against bad people? Would it be better to use turbo mode directed at their eyes? Just curious is all.
