Merry Christmas and a little explaining for absence

Thanks. Judging by the titles and senders of all the pms I have catch up on you seem to have takes a huge role Blueswordm, awesome, give me a day to catch up and reply to the still current ones ok.

Really fantastic to have you back, glad you are okay.

Welcome back. I’d wonder from time to time about your absence hoping you were ok.

Hey you’re back in time to get the BLF Lantern

And welcome back!

Welcome back, The Miller!

Welcome back! I wondered where you went. Merry Christmas too!

Welcome back Wim !

BLF is one big family, remember?

Welcome back

The guy that catches fish in his living room.

How about some family support for the Old Lumens contest then from you guys?

Welcome back The Miller.

Welcome Back Wim!

Hey namesake, good to see you back.

You know I am hinting at a certain person
Take it easy!

Welcome back The Miller! So glad you’re able to return. As others have said, I’m hoping things are going better for you now.

You are right, apologies are not enough.

Now if you want to send me a bottle of that special elixir you make, that would be a good start.

Welcome back!

Nice to see you again, no need to apologise, it is called life.
Sometimes it just gets in the way

Cheers David

Just seeing you post again is like an early Christmas present in itself. Hope you’re staying warm!

Welcome back Wim, a lot has changed in the brief time you’ve been away. Happy reading catching up.

Hey The Miller! Glad to read you!

Don’t worry about excuses or else… we all know there are more important thing in life then flashlights, and sometime you really have to focus on much more urgent matters, whatever it takes. And you’ve given so much!

I hope you are doing well.

I’m sure you’ll have fun seeing what great flashlights we had in the mean time. Power, high CRI, USB charging, 21700, aux leds… and Andùril. It has never been so much fun.

Welcome back! .

Isn’t it Thanksgiving today? Well thanks should be given for all the nice replies, so thank you, heartwarming!

(I did make some wicked drink, seeing all the fallen, crushed during picking, half bird damaged, half wasp eaten and over ripe prunes from our old trees I dumped it all in big 85L buckets with some basic bread yeast, let it stand for a few days, sifted out the pits (distributed them around our grounds) and let it go for some more days, then filtered off all fruit remains and had happy chickens for days  the filtered stuff got a chance to ferment some longer and then I distilled the bunch to officially make cleaning alcohol, got a bunch of clear not bad smelling stuff that had a pungent alcohol smell to it. A second and third distillation grossed a nice amount to clean with and I took the liberty to capture one bottle at around 50% of liquid distillation during the third distillation ( for cleanest ethanol possible) and added some charred wood to it. As far as cleaning alcohol goes (distilling is not really legal for consumption I guess) it ages pretty nice and is truly unique. Felt dang nice to make something useful of the many kilos of otherwise waste we could not feed to chickens with all the pits and would have attracted rodents if placed in the compost, saving on vodka we used before for deep cleaning if a cat brought a catched snack into the house

Glad to have you back posting, hope everything is going well for you.

So it sounds like your Chickens were a little Drunk
Those would make some great tasting Birds for Dinner !
