CLOSED!!

It will be fine. However, do not charge a battery that is below 0° C (32° F). I’d also be cautious about high discharges while it’s cold, but that’s not as much of a concern.

Got mine today “Panda White” (bead blasted raw aluminum) Should have bought a few more, I am giving it as a gift…. I really messed up…should have bought more…. :person_facepalming: :person_facepalming: :person_facepalming: :person_facepalming:

I know… I know… still…the tin is very classy….specially as gifts….their is just something about giving/getting a gift in a Tin at Christmas time…even after the gift is gone the Tin lives on… as a storage container or something…I have way too many cardboard boxes, if you get my drift

Haha yep… I’m going to e-mail Victor Zou tell him we want the tin back… see if he has any PULL?

Hey thanks for the heads up! Just wondering how you order the grey or white? The “cart” button is greyed out.

I just did! :+1: He is actually a very cool cat, a great sense of humor and very personable, a major asset for Lumintop!

Yesterday I paid the $8 for the free shipping.
I hope it is sent without any issue, especially that it comes with the battery.
I will report any news.

Can anyone confirm the color temp of the Nichia? I messaged customer service and an employee told me that it was the same one they used in the IYP series. I’m hoping it is, which would be 4000k. Anyone have one in hand?

Thanks. I was hoping 4000k,but under 5000k is good

Much appreciated! I can deal :+1:

LTP agreed to : Emitter: Cree XPL HD 6500K CW and Nichia 219CT is about 4850k. I hope you can deal with it… :innocent:

Thank you for the deal; I’m really excited to get it! I’ve heard nothing but good things about the light.

Do you know if the emitter is high CRI?

Picked up mine from the mailbox on Monday. The tin is very damaged but the contents appear ok. Will assemble this weekend.

Thanks McLight!

Thanks for the heads-up McLight. I would've missed this if not for you.

My white one came today. Gift tin on good condition. Now I gotta decide if I want to gift it, or build it & add it to my collection. I'm resisting breaking the seals on the tin until I decide.

Did anyone get a bunny in theirs?

…… really kicking myself for not ordering one of these when they first appeared! Now just waiting for the restock, waiting, waiting, waiting. Would have liked a tin but the paper box will have to do……

This afternoon my Panda-white Tool AA 2.0 arrived. 23 days after ordering it. Not bad considering the fact that I feel that recently I have to wait longer for a parcel from China. Normally I am rather secretive about my orders (what you don’t know can’t hurt you) but this time I could not help myself. And lo and behold, I noticed the missus even produced a (faint) smile. Unless it was the sight of the alu box which suffered massive blunt force trauma. Maybe this is a chance to discover that in a previous life I was an accomplished sheet metal worker.

nothing to say about the light itself?

Received my Panda White kit today.
Tin looked ok some minor paint wear on edges.
17days to California.
Kids will give it to me for Christmas.
Thanks again to McLight
