what 18650 out of these for this

I have a clemence viking pro 18650 flashlight at some 9A max and I have a choice of a 15a, or 20a batteries such as vtc6, samsung 30q, or even Ampsplus 18650 LG HG2 3000mAh 20A Battery

looking for quality and best Amp.

what would suit these lights at 9A?

I have no idea what amosplus is but the hg2 is a good cell

All those are good, with the possible exception of “ampsplus”. No idea what brand that is, but sounds like a re-wrapper that is trying to suck in vapers with the name.

Well, my feeling is to stay away from rewrappers, unless you’re 100% sure what you’re getting. They may use good OEM cells (from the manufacturers like Samsung, Sony, LG, etc.), but there’s nothing forcing them to use those same cells for the next batch of their re-wraps. All they’re doing is taking an OEM cell and slapping their wrap on it. You may as well buy the OEM cell if you can.
