AliExpress Sofirn Official Store doesn't ship orders and doesnt respond

Read these if you missed them… I did make some complains about Sofirn and sounded my agony.

Just dont say its a problem with 11.11

As myself and others have said … our other 11.11 orders came within a reasonable time

And mine didnt use FAKE tracking numbers

Nor did they sell us out of stock goods

Unlike the fine folks at sofirn

As long as some folks make excuses for em, theyll just keep doing it next 11.11 :wink:

Maybe you got lucky I guess. My total sum of $1000 order (not from Sofirn, mind you) got fake tracking which was replaced by the real one a week later. I digress though.

A practice like this deserves a firm slap on a wrist. I will probably need to tell them that this is not acceptable from now on. Expect no more orders if you are caught doing this again and your action will be reported to the Aliexpress.

While I still think that cutting ties permanently is uncalled for, but this warning should be chilling enough for them sellers. The last thing these sellers want is to have Aliexpress swoop down on their throats.

Thing changes when it’s 1 week before the original protection expires and the goods was not arriving. That’s when I went for the jugular. Between the deception the seller made to the customers, the attempt to “appease” customers with hollow promises, and the frustration of the customers who repeatedly asked where the item is, this seller would have proven that they deserve no mercy from me.

Here we are, BLF… Here sharing of experience, be it negative or positive. I made both NEGATIVE and POSITIVE comments about Sofirn. Isn’t this a place or a post for sharing? Sharing good and bad comments? No? Or just a Sofirn bashing post?

Why not start a new post with Title :

“Sofirn Bashing Post/Thread”

with additional note,

*“Please DO NOT comment if you gonna write good and positive comment for Sofirn”

I mean some folks are blaming it on 11.11 when its clear that other stores fulfilled their orders fine for the most part, not to mention folks have had these issues BEFORE 11.11

Those making excuses have said the numbers are not fake when there is clear evidence they were

Or that they were not selling out of stock items when they clearly were, which i have messages to prove

One or two isolated shipping problem cases i can understand

But theres quite a few folks with these issues with the same FAKE tracking numbers :wink:

sorry everyone, when in a promotion, we are not allowed to change the stock, the link was locked by Aliexpress, and we are doing the best to produce more products , and package almost send out already. but the transfer is another problem. become slower than before at this hot selling season

Just dont sell what you dont have

Just dont marked as “shipped” right before the autocancel when it isnt really shipped

Just dont send a fake tracking number, and then send another fake tracking number

And especially just dont ignore the buyers cancel request when its obvious nothing has been shipped and give more fake numbers, especially as the order should have been autocancelled

For future harmony, can you inform your customers that the item is out of stock instead of marking the item as shipped? Many users here admire Sofirn and will admire you even more if do this.

That was 3rd December. According to the tracking it’s passed through export, so should be with the air line now.

My 11.11 order now shos the second tracking number assigned to it has reached Los Angeles ISC. USPS has sheduled delivery fot 12.17, which may be a day or two optimistic. But it appears that it will get to me.

Not even going to support a company that pulls something like this. Guess that’s it for me buying Sofirn, even though they have great lights :frowning:

My 11.11 order arrived in my country yesterday and is on its way here. It’s a BLF LT1 and IF25 from the Aliexpress store. No group buy code, just the discount from that day.

So many complaints, so few solutions.

Refusing to buy from Sofirn is an overreaction. Your choice of course, but fixing the behavior is a better approach if you ask me. Nothing fixes business decisions like financial consequences.

Suggestions:

  • Know the rules and be patient.
  • If the rules are breached, use them to impose consequences.
  • If you are concerned about breaches being commonplace, don’t buy directly from Sofirn’s website, where you don’t have the protection of a third party.
  • (Optional) Don’t get your panties in a bunch. It’s not worth it and doesn’t solve anything.

Suggestion to sofirn

Dont

- sell out of stock items

- give yr customers FAKE tracking numbers

  • prevent yr customers for cancelling the order by falsely marking it as shipped

Its that simple

The more excuses some folks make for em, the more they will think thats just normal business practices :wink:

Suggestion: focus on what you can control. Anything else is idealistic and pretty useless.

Expecting a popular flashlight company to not selling out of stock items, issuing multiple fake tracking numbers and then falsely claiming as shipped …

Making more excuses and not allowing me to cancel before actual shipment …. yeah that at that point they know its just bad customer service

Force me to file a dispute just to cancel … thats sofirn

All they needed to do was be HONEST and UPFRONT about their items in stock :wink:
