Concerning COB led related questions, the other day someone shared a SOL1306SXX datasheet with me, where I could see an Vf of ≈34 V and 180 mA of driving current for the rated power. This is fine but there's no datasheets, links to datasheets or any other information of this sort in your site, this is important for anyone aiming to drive these leds. Is the typical Vf of these COBs around the same number?

Usually buyers ask me about characteristics if they can not find datasheet.
I add voltage and maximum current to the names.
SOL and SAW is almost the same. Voltage just a little lower in SOL, but current is bigger.
And what about the higher powered emitters? 12 and 25 W I mean. Do they scale up just in current, i.e. same number of in series crystals? 
Yes, just current. Double quantity of crystals. It is 12S

No. You are not alone. 2 of 2 is in the same situation. I think that it is just so slowly shipping by ukrpost.
It is possible they are both lost. You said yourself, you expected mine to delivery in 2-4 weeks after shipment. It’s been 7+ weeks (51 days).

I know. To Maukka to Finland it shipped by 2 weeks. To USA still no. But it is only 1 bulb to you and to another. It is not serious reason to fuck my mind because 1 bulb. For example, because 11.11 sales from aliexpress some packages shipped after 3 month, but ussually from the same seller it shipped by 2-4 weeks. Shit happens, but it is not the reason to fuck my mind. And do it in public, I mean this forum.
