Sellers must be saints to not have some unhappy customers, and those find their ways to these threads.
And we know that, along with most chinese sellers, Neal is not a saint. He can send your order out very fast and provide great customer service, and also he can be very sloppy, and at times sells stuff he has not in stock so lets the customer wait for a month without communication.
What we do not know from this thread is how many unhappy Neal-customers there are, the impression when reading such a thread is that half his customers have problems, but it could be just 3% as well.
That is why I’m not really happy with these “exposure” threads of which this is the worst one, with an invitation for posting bad experiences in the title. Whatever the real seller performance, averaging all his customer experiences, for this type of thread there is no other possible outcome that the seller is a jerk.
