On the new Sofirn website sofirnlight.com they are pretty cheap, 2.99$ for two bags with free shipping above 19$.
I would say the quality is pretty decent and it is slightly bigger than the Astrolux. Of course, the Astrolux is more compact.

Im looking to buy this light, is there any codes for the groupbuy or how does it work? The cooper is really beautiful but i want the flashlight to be as light as possible for hiking, is the aluminium a better choice?

They get to the same temp, but copper takes a bit longer. Aluminum should be much lighter.
What 26650 battery to get? Want a mix of output and long lasting.

I am growing weary of Banggood. I’ve heard many reports lately of flashlights supposedly being rejected by customs, including a friend that was trying to order a MF01 (full size).
After not hearing anything for a couple weeks about my MF01 Mini order (that supposedly shipped right after I ordered it) and Banggood never providing a tracking number, I finally reached out to them and they informed me that it had been rejected by customs and that the light is no longer in stock and that they’ll have to cancel & refund my order. I don’t get what’s going on… I’ve ordered so many lights from BG, same shipping address, I didn’t order the one with the battery… ugh. And they never reached out to let me know that the light hadn’t made it through customs.
At first I wrote back calmly but firmly with my frustrations and urged them to find a way to ship out my order. But then I noticed that you can get the MT07 from Mateminco (the origin of the MF01 Mini) on Aliexpress for $47 including free ePacket. I guess for a few bucks more I don’t care if BG cancels my order and looses out on the business. Quite frustrating!

The same thing happened to me for the FT03 XHP50 in green. What’s the point of having a group buy when Banggood can’t complete the order and then does not tell you, Frustrating to say the least
