New site advice: https://www.intl-outdoor.com/

Still loading for ages…

Hello Hank,
on your side there must be still a bug for mobiles.
If I change the currency from USD to EUR on my mobile, the page stops working.
It works on the PC, or it is not intended for phones?

Regards
Daniel

Like the new site. Just registered again.

Hank,
New site looks great - I can load it very quickly BUT … I can no longer log in to my account.

This is addressed a few posts back… the new website doesn’t contain the old database. You will have to register again and start fresh.

My antivirus swears and does not open the site.

This is a false alarm, our site is safe, you can test the security by putting the site url “https://intl-outdoor.com/” .

You can also check this link.

Can someone help how to tell Eset that our site is safe?

From today Malwarebytes Antimalware found it suspicious also:

Report false positive here: Website Blocking - Malwarebytes Forums

https://intl-outdoor.com = it doesn’t look, it doesn’t work, I can’t get in
.
This is what I see when I want to enter Intl-outdoor.com:

Unfortunately, I see the same thing.

Me, too!

Me three.

Is that good or bad?

Site seems to be loading just fine for me. Tested in three different browsers.

Yes, now it works.

Works for me, except there is no D1S listed. Surely this is a bug. :smiling_imp:

Working fine for me.

D1 too…

One thing I’d really like to see is a high level summary of all the models, their comparative specifications, and generalized intended usage. This would help make it clear for potential buyers as to subtle differences. On the one hand, something like a D18 is an obvious large size flooder/thrower, while the K9.3 is an obvious large scale thrower. But then there’s the arena of smaller EDC flooder/thrower types. Some obvious differences are side switch versus tailcap switch, but other nuances aren’t as clear. Why pick a KR4 over a D4V2, aside from switch location? Or a D4SV2 over an D4V2, aside from battery types?

Something like this is what I had in mind:

Model Battery Switch Driver Usage Dual Ch Description
DM11 21700 Side Throw, mid No Pocket size EDC thrower, mid range
DT8 18650 / 18350 Side 9A CC + FET Flood/throw No Pocket size EDC wide flood, some throw
K1 21700 Side Throw, long No Large thrower, long range
KR1 18650 Tail Throw, mid small No Pocket size EDC thrower, mid range
K9.3 21700 / 18650 Side Flood/throw Yes Large flooder, some throw; USB-C charging
D4V2 18650 / 18350 Side Flood/throw Yes Pocket size EDC flood/throw mix
D4SV2 26650 / 26350 Side Flood/throw Yes Medium EDC flood/throw mix
KR4 18650 / 18350 Tail 5A CC + Direct Drive Flood/throw Yes Pocket size EDC flood/throw mix
D18 18650 x 3 Side Direct Drive + FET Large flood/throw No Large flood, some throw

I would vehemently disagree with you about calling the D18 or K9.3 “thrower” in any way, shape, or form. They have pretty small TIRs. KR1, DM11, K1, D1S (retired) are throwers

I put together something similar recently as there was nothing on intl-outdoor.
