Try changing modes. Lexel’s Bistro drivers i’ve got had to be programmed otherwise they deliver only 50%.

I lost the manual so don’t know how to change modes. I wish Rey would post the manual on his website.
Eight half-clicks, light blinks once, then flickers. Now do one half-click and you’re in first mode group.
Reverse clicky switch. Full click to turn on or off, half click (tap) to cycle modes.
Program: When the light is on, quickly half click 8+ times.
- Select different modes groups. (1-4 groups)
- Turn on or off memory function. (Default is off)
- Turn off or on moonlight mode. (Default is on)
- Mode order. L-M-H → H-M-L （ascending or descending）
- Reset.
Shortcuts: Quick double clicks = turbo
Modes groups #1-4. - moon-2-20-100%
- moon-10-40-100%
- moon-2-10-50%
- moon-50-100%-strobe-SOS
this light sure has tricky modes… way too many imo, why ? aaa light should be easy to use not so many different modes etc…
It’s only 4 modes…it could have done without #4 imo, but someone so where wants stroby… The crazy person…
I noticed the trit is glued, but not covered by the glue. Is it advisable to apply some extra UV curing glue to completely cover the vial? It seems quite fragile.

I just received mine and did a very rough test with freshly charged AAA batteries. Using the Android ceilingbouce app I get 8 lux/lumen for the Reylight and 9 for my Prometheus Beta QRv2.
Switch to a freshly charged Efest 10440 and I get 28 lux/lumen, although it does drop quite quickly. This seems promising in regard to the claimed performance figures.
Another measurement: Tip CRI 2017, 240 lm, 12 lx. That would make the Pineapple Mini (10 lx in bathroom) 200 lm. Still not there.
Yep I tried all the modes. Tried everything and no change to the turbo output with lithium ion
Not even in mode 3?
Mode 3 only goes up to 50%. Besides double clicking suppose to bring it to turbo.
Just got mine today . First Reylight for me . I got 240 lms out of mine from a fresh charge PKcell . 204 from the battery that came with it . It’s a nice little light . Got the green trit. 13 days from order to arrival. I think that’s the best I have ever had . Thanks Rey !
Lost the manual? There was no manual. But the plastic case was nice!
I love the style and emitter on this light but the programming UI is awkward and the instructions from the website are unclear. After you half click 8 times and it goes into blinky mode, are the numbered items the number of half clicks required? i.e. 3 half clicks to toggle moonlight mode?

No. The light blinks out the menu number, then flickers. While it flickers, you half-press the button for e.g. the mode number. Wait until flicker ends and switch the light of. Done.
To get into Moon-Menu, wait for the light to flash three times and subsequent flickering. Now do a half-press or two (unfortunately, that is not clear to me, but you can try).
