How did you do it? Complete disassembly and use a torch? Nice job!

I’m curious, did you polish the light before flame anodizing, or does the titanium come that smooth from lumentop?

Yes, I polished it. They come with a machine finish, polish took a good 1.5 hours to complete.

You did a great job. I like how you got the color of the titanium to blend in well with the copper heatsink. And the blue aux light matches the blues you achieved in the tail.

I’m really enjoying it.
