$3.49/each for Samsung 30Q 18650 and if you buy 10 it goes down to $2.75/each:
The promotion runs till 02/27. None of the other batteries on sale have a quantity discount on 10 pcs, so if you want to get the $2.75 price I would jump on this deal soon as I’ve a feeling it won’t last.

As of 2-17-2020, The $3.49 is still good.
But the 10 at a discount of $2.75 is gone. Sigh…
