Panasonic AA Eneloop Pro Lives!

The batteries was powering some pretty and flashy led lights for decoration. The light used up the batteries and shut off so I went to charge them last night. They wouldn't charge so I tried again this morning and they're charging again. Does this mean one shouldn't drain Ni-MH AA's completely from now on?

I'm using these...

shouldn’t discharge nimh below 0.9v. Once my brother left my Ti4 on and the batteries drained. Its meant to have LVP but one of the cells were like 0.7v. Don’t know how long it was left on after the light went out. It still worked but the capacity was a bit less that before. Batteries were eneloop 3rd gen I think.

I’ve had a number of batteries discharge to 0.0v and they all recovered ok after running several charge/discharge cycles on them. Not sure what effect there was on long-term life of course.

Oh ok and thanks for the tips. Whew at least my batteries are okay again. Lol went to test the battery first time and it read 0V!
And charging wise I just put them back on the charger even though it wasn’t charging and few miniutes later it was charging!

I dont remember the difference between these Pro and the XX.

Arent they the same??

What is the difference?

I think it is just a temperature sensor attached to it if I am not wrong…… lets check eneloop101

The only difference for me is that I saw in a post somewhere that the black one’s don’t last that long?? Rumor? I’m not sure. I’m happy with them so far. I mean, gets the job done and such.

Reasons I got these is only black eneloop ones around in Ebay.ca lol. Oh and cuz it says Panasonic on em.
