fasttech, what’s your response to the problem Photonica mentioned? Either your advertised price for the Armytek lights is wrong, or the coupon code isn’t working as intended. The Doberman at $18.78 would be a very nice buy, but just getting $18.78 off and therefore paying $56.22 is not very notable. Similarly for the Predator- a steep sale at $31 but not remarkable at $73.
I tried to purchase the Olight ST25 Baton they have advertised for $17.07 with coupon “MAP” The coupon only removes $17.07 from the price leaving it at $42.88
Which is not a spectacular price for a discontinued 2015 model AA flashlight .
My ‘attention’ is not the issue here. Photonica and I both tried this within just a few hours of when you posted the deals. And now you have Bwana and 1stein having the same problem with the Olight. This has become a recurring pattern - your ad says “This light is normally $X but is on sale for $Y!” but when you actually add the light to cart and enter the correct coupon code it doesn’t give you $Y as the price, instead it gives you $Y off and your price is $X-Y. Your pricing and your advertising are at odds with each other. It makes no sense to tell us you’re selling a ‘normally $100’ light for $30 and then actually only sell it for $70.
It’s now been 5 days since the ticket was opened (time in queue: 79 hours) and still no staff response.
The only change is a new alert: “We are experiencing a temporary spike in support requests. Our response may be slightly delayed at the moment. Please be assured that we are working on your requests as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
