Currency is USD, 0.32 & 0.98 are regular user amounts, 2.78 and 3.99 are n00b amounts, second column is the sum of the 3, 4, 5 & 6 columns, and first column probably is the minimum amount to spend (!). Sums involve games with at least 3 participants, with at least one of them being n00b type.
If this is so (no more “only veteran” coupons, at least 3 players per round, high minimum to spend) looks like the game is @#$%. But well, it's been good.

I don’t know the exact translations of the column titles, but first one is the minimum purchase value required for the coupon, and 2nd one is the value of the coupon. The rest are obvious.
6.2/12 is the best value in my opinion. You get above 50% off.

Interesting experiment: If you start the game and don’t click anything you will always get the same 0.32$. They don’t seem to care how often or where you click. Weird!

I am still using some Links from inside the App (under Activity). There is no “3 times” error when I start a game this way, so when somebody get something from me … please tell me, if this is a workaround.
Took a peek in the app/mobile site, looks like they're exchanging red coupons for coins each hour (?) or so. I see there's a glitch which shows a second set of red coupons for exchange just below the run out ones, but tapping over them doesn't works.
The coins game can be accessed via Wallet -> Coins in any case, by the way.
