lume1 for FW3A/C/T - Constant Current Buck Boost + FET Driver with Anduril - Now for Sale!

Hi loneoceans.
I would like to have this driver also in my FW21. The original I have in it is bugged in some way.
I though you have planned to do it also for FW21?

This is great. I imagine it will work for the FW1A as well?

Just filled in the form registering my interest for 2-3 depending on final price, but not sure if it’s worked so commenting here also. Thanks!

In for 2 or 3 depending on price. Then I will need a POGO programmer too sigh.

interested in at least 2

Signed up for one.
Very interested in the associated aux board.

interested at 1. cool news

Interested in at least 1, maybe up to 3 depending on final price.

Interested in at least 1, and possibly 2 depending upon the price.

Thank you for all of your contributions to BLF loneoceans!

I’m in for at least one, and two at the lower price. (I’m tempted to sign up for more but I’m trying to be sensible)

I don’t even own this light but your driver is making me want one now! Nice work LoneOceans

I’d be interested in maybe 1 ore more at the right price and also the aux led boards

loneoceans I just wanted to quickly comment and say that your electronics skills are outstanding. Not only are your circuits complex and functional, your board layouts are clean and a pleasure to look at. It’s been a joy following along with the stuff you come up with.

I will be in for 4 but I cant fill in the spread sheet.

I’m in for 2, maybe 3. Absolutely zero color preference, I’d go with
cheap but don’t mind if the community votes to upgrade to a more expensive one, I’ll still be in.
As mentioned by others, your Google sheet document is set to read only so we can’t fill it in.

I think the idea is to comment on the cells, and then loneoceans will go and commit the comments. That keeps us from editing others’ cells. That’s what I did anyway.

I’m in for at least 1. 3A constant current should play very nicely with the copper version

Thanks everyone for your comments, support, and kind words. It looks like even within a day, we have sufficient interest to go forward with this group buy. I'll collect more interest over the next few days to finalize on the total cost and soldermask, with the goal of getting the boards as cheap as possible for everyone.

Answering some questions - first, you do not need a pogo-prog for this. The driver will be pre-programmed with Anduril by me. It will be ready for installation. However, if you want to play around with the firmware, you will need one. Details are in the first post above.

Second, for the spreadsheet, you cannot edit the cells. This is to preserve safety of the data entered. Instead, right click the cells and comment. I will go through the cells to fill them in.

If you are interested, comment on the spreadsheet instead of replying to this thread. I will not be transferring interest from this thread to the Google sheets!

Finally, there is no plan yet for assembled AUX LED boards. Right now you can order them yourself on OSHPark and populate them in yourself. I am working on documentation and details for that.

Hope this makes sense!

Thanks for the update. You note that the minimum output on your boards is higher, what is the current at the minimum?

I think I signed up. Thanx!
