I heard today that those little fingertip pulse/oximeter devices are handy for monitoring blood oxygen level. Maybe you can order one or have someone you know drop one off on your doorstep.

Im sure you had good intentions by posting that chart, but it is full of inaccurate info.

for example
It says Lemons have a high PH, this is not accurate at all. Lemons are Very Acidic.

I also checked the info on Garlic, and again the PH is not as stated, garlic is also Acidic, not Alkaline…

I would still use garlic, and lemons, but not because they are alkaline…

Lemon juice in its natural state is acidic with a pH of about 2, but once metabolized it actually becomes alkaline with a pH well above 7. So, outside the body, anyone can see that lemon juice is very acidic. However, once fully digested, its effect is proven to be alkalizing with many health benefit

Thank you for flagging that inaccurate info. That’s just one of many fakes being widely circulated, usually with obvious errors like the pH of lemons as you pointed out.

I was just using LT1 last night and thought how it probably is the best built LED lantern and the value is unheard of and the fact that it came from one mans persistence and help from many members here on BLF to make it happen.
