25mm left for bezel, optics, LED, driver, two springs, some aluminum. I guess the MCPCB hosts LED and driver?

Amutorch's are legit. I got almost every Amutorch model, modded most of them.

They added only 3 mm (92 to 95) in length over the AX4. The pills are really vertically challenged in some of these lights. Here's the AX4:
