is it possible keep the earnings of this round to the next round ? or do i lose the earnings if I don’t claim them?
Mouses with double click buttons? LoL! :-D I am aware, though, that there is now a myriad of computer mice with all sorts of programmable stuff in their plentiful button sets.
The earnings of a round always need to be claimed for them to turn into a coupon. No claim means no coupon and 0 earnings, cannot stack them.

Game earnings only go to game link “shareholders” if a round is active. Once you claim a round's earnings by redeeming a coupon, that is finished. If you follow an old shared link you can play the game (they last up to a month), but your earnings go nowhere. So don't use old links thulfiqar, this is the reason we and others actively edit our threads to remove the shared links once done.
