I don’t like magnets in my lights either.
Which is why I swapped my EDC-18’s tailcap for one from an Emisar D4. The threads are the same, though I did need to insert a bit of wire at the bottom of the tailcap to get a good connection.
On top everything else, this flashlight is “wawterproof” and has a mind of its own!

From a review it has low voltage warning. Hope we get BLF input about this light, especially “tail electric shock.”
This is all typical translation issues: gears are modes, beads/bulbs are LED's, copper is brass, on and on...
There's things to expect here: sharp bare threads (no easy lockout), probably less lumens than claimed, lucky if they are CREE LED's as claimed. Just the unique 3 LED setup intrigues me, though I've seen them before. Also looks like the switch has AUX LED's and should be an e-switch, so hopefully can be modded to Anduril.
That front bezel though looks like a lumen/kcd loser. It's way too big and deep, taking away from the width of the reflector.

Nope, doesn’t work. Amazon is the only retailer i know whos gotten worse at shipping over the years (probably so prime is better)
Still staring at 2.5 week delivery estimates.

I also had very good luck by clicking the shipping speed upgrade. Basically turned Prime back into Prime.
It worked for me too and was with a flashlight. The heads up was most appreciated, especially after numerous recent multi-week waits.
I didn’t have good luck with that feature! I changed it right after placing an order. It was previously supposed to arrive on the 12th, and changing it made the date the 13th. That was the second time I tried it. The first time the original delivery date was the 9th, and using that feature changed the delivery date to the 12th.
Yeh, used to be a few days of a wait (vs immediate via prime), but now they sit on the order for almost 2wks before it moves at all.
And then it’s practically overnighted by UPS/FedEx… :person_facepalming:

In that almost 2wks time, I’ve had as many as 4 orders thrown into the same box, which is pretty much their intent, to “bundle” what they can. Ie, they don’t know if you’ll order anything tomorrow or the day after, so they’ll sit on it for a week or two to find out.
And if there’d be little difference between prime and free (ie, a few days, vs 2wks), more people would opt out of prime.
I have zero interest in amazon video or amazon music or any other “services” they offer except for free/fast shipping. I was tempted at first, when it was like 30bux/yr then later even like 50bux/year. No idea what it is now, but that other stuff is what you’re paying for. No thanx.
Wellp, the button does only say [change shipping speed]. It says nothing about getting it sooner!
I ordered a Wowtac A5, I changed the shipping speed and received it the following day. I also ordered my mother a floor buffer for mothers day (lame i know) when I changed the speed it pushed it out a day. For next 2 days I tried again with the same result and have now pushed it out 3 additional days. It appears to only work on certain items. So DON’T keep clicking the button like I did…. I guess my mother will be getting her buffer for fathers day this year.
I changed the sipping speed on a couple of orders. Then Amazon adjusted the arrival date to be further away then where It was originally .
I will try changing the sipping speed on my drink.

Move over Imalant MS18…I just saw two flashlights on ebay, 1 is 990,000 lumens, and another that is 58 million lumens on wish. It’s on ebay and wish, so it has to be true. The 58 million lumen one is only 16 dollars and is charged by usb. That’s right Kmart shoppers, 58 million lumens in a light charged by that 5 volt usb connection.
