Here is my experience with Tmart. I purchased a light, shipped quickly from their USA branch too. Let me state first off, I am a novice, don’t know how to fix
even the smallest problem with a flashlight. With that said, the light stopped working after 4 days… I contacted Tmart’s customer service, got an apology, and I was emailed a
mailer to return the defective light. In addition, I was given the choice of a full refund or a new replacement. I opted for the replacement light.
About 3 days later, I get the replacement light. A couple days later the same thing happened with this new light. Stopped working. Okay, I did a little research and found out that others that had this
light ran into the same problem. I tracked it down to a loose spring. I contacted Tmart customer service, and AGAIN, they gave me an apology, offered a full refund, or another unit.
My researched turned up the fault of a loose spring. I worked with that, and the light got better, not 100% but better…I told the customer service, that I will try to work with the light and get it fixed. Tmart customer service assured me that if I wasn’t satisfied, let them know, and a full refund would be forthcoming… Come to find out the light was changing modes when I hit a bump on my bike. After researching that, it was tracked down to the cell moving around. I was instructed to put tape on the cell. That worked.
Also, Tmart periodically checked back with me to see if I was satisfied. They also asked me what did I do to fix the light, so they could pass that on to other users who had that same light and same problem. In reading this thread, I see other posters have had an OPPOSITE experience from Tmart’s customer service… Can’t tell what that is about, all I can do is comment on my experience with Tmart. IMO, their customer service is so good, that everytime I go to buy a light, I checked their website first, to see if have what I want, at the price that I want.
BTW, Sherry Ye, is the customer agent who handled my case… IMO, the best of the best…
