Id email them and if they dont ship another with a new tracking number id immediately file a PP claim or CC chargeback

Currently the Purchase Protection … will end on 2020-07-05.
That’s the order that left Country of Origin days ago.
I hope the airplane had plenty of flotation devices.
Or does this mean they’re now using Slow Boat From China shipping?
Maybe a class action suit ? Sort of like a group buy in reverse .
I had another SG post order (intl-outdoor) get dispatched to the slow boat after sitting at the airport for 25 days, but the Sofirn order isnt doing anything. I ordered through Amazon and its claiming an arrival at late as July 1st.
I got one for one of my AE orders. Not looking good. Even my Convoy orders are stalled up which they usually get here quicker than most.

Unfortunately, I’ve been discovering that “shipment accepted by airline” isn’t the same as “shipment will be flown to your country”.
Some of my Aliexpress orders from various suppliers have repeated cycles of “shipment accepted by airline” and “shipment returned to China Post”, i.e. the airlines don’t have enough capacity to carry all the airmail, so it sits in the airline’s warehouse for a couple of weeks, then gets handed back to China Post for another go.
At least one of my orders has been through three of those ping-pong cycles already; China Post have actually handed it back to the airline for the fourth time now. Goodness knows when it will actually arrive here in Scotland.
I ordered the latest SP70 yesterday from Lan/Barry at sofirn.com. It is the newer 5k model listed as the “SP70 w/7000 lumen for flasholic -preorder”. I told Lan IF he’d tell me the truth on time to being in stock, I’d order one. He told me about 2-3 weeks THEN it will be shipped. — I expect it in about July 
I’m a sucker. I ordered another of the same light I’m waiting on (SD03), although the price has gone up a buck since I last ordered one.
The new order says: “Will be shipped within: 4 days 20 hours 57 minutes” by Singapore Post.
Huh. It was over $18 today on Ali.
But I used the search tool and it came up for around $16.
They’re teasing me.
And, interesting, hovering the mouse cursor over the March order’s tracking link gets “hand over to airline” for the 3/29 date, rather than “departed country of origin” — that’s different.
So it probably is still sitting in China rather than out over the Pacific somewhere.
My 3/31/20 order arrived in about 3 weeks. My 4/17 order is still in transit though it appears to have arrived in the states on 5/6. Just pulled the trigger on the LH351D C8F kit. We’ll see how long it takes, I guess.
I love my C8Fs. I just built two of my 18650 hosts today. With rain all week and my wife taking over my office, I’ve had some time and so after getting in some XLP HI leds from Sofirn last week, I got busy on three year old projects.
But the new LH351D C8F I got last month is really a superb light, bright, yet with fantastic natural light. You’re gonna’ like that light I bet! 
Ordered from Sofrin store on AliExpress on 4/16, still sitting over there “accepted by airline”. Same story with Convoy. 
I think I’m done with ordering from China until situation improves.
My LT1 tracking just popped that my package landed in L.A. on 5/4. Still waiting for movement from there. All in all, not a bad trip, and Sofirn has always been super solid for me. They’re a great company.

Im giving it another 2-3 weeks before I contact them again/file a chargeback.
My amazon order from their official Amazon US store processed and shipped on 4/4 and has been with the airlines since 4/9.
