Okay, in for one. :+1:

In for 4, please.

In for 1, please.

Regretfully, I’ve failed to put my name on the list up to this point. Please help me correct this nearly tragic oversight by putting me down for 2.
Thank you.
Hopefully I should be able to go back to being able sleep peacefully at night again now.

In for 1, please.

Interested in one, thanks.

Hi everybody,
They are a bit pricy, and apparently rated for “40,000 charge cycles”, the Muyshondt 18650 is. Unlimited illumination via solar charger? They are recommended for single cell devices only, so I thought about appropriateness for this neat mini-lantern. I got four nice 18650s, from another brand, for the big brother, rated at 500 charges. Is the devil in the details? I have a budget, too, but this sounds like food for thought.

Gracias,
Lemurian

It’s a normal lithium battery as far as they state. Protected and unprotected, anyone else know of these?

Let’s see… Samsung and Sony are claiming charge cycles in the 500 cycle range. You have a small company claiming 100x that? Doesn’t smell right to me.

I have four nice 18650s from the “new” FourSevens for my BLF LT1 that are listed at 500 cycles. I think Muyshondt (an electrical engineer) himself wrote that his 18650s are from the electric vehicle space. They are also gold plated for anti-corrosion, I believe. The gold was an unusual request that may have made the cells take longer to procure, if I remember correctly. I grabbed two very early on at a discount. His torches are neat but a little out of my price range…okay, some are kind of a lot out of my price range!
I hope I don’t have to repost in a hundred years, “Yep, they sure so work as advertised!” I am curious to see if someone might have an inside scoop. Maybe I should contact the company. I have not seen anything indicating that the company is shifty. The torches have tested very well.
