【ツ】Wurkkos FC11 Sales Thread - 2700K + 4000K available now

Perfect! How many lumens will moonlight be?

I put a / but i really meant AND… i can’t find a single review or reference to the aux led being on 24/7 while the main led is off.
Can anyone who owns clarify?

sorry it should be eco, same as the eco model 2lm

hello, yes, i am responsible for Wurkko items, yes, the stock now are updated ones, with new UI (both groups using single-click on-off and hold-to-adjust-brightness) and enter eco mode from off.

Response via Amazon.de seller - Wurkkos:

Hello,
Thanks for your question.
Yes, that's right. The FC11 is the new "May 2020" revision with UI update and Moonlight. long-press from off to low. Both groups using single-click on-off and hold-to-adjust-brightness.
Welcome your purchase. Thank you!

So there you have it - looks like stock from Europe should be of the new May 2020 batches with updates! ARH

OP updated with new groupbuy codes. The US promotion should be active as of tomorrow, June 3, 2020. Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the promotion.

The manuals in post #2 do not reflect the UI improvements yet. They will be rectified later on.

Awesome - thanks so much Lux-Perpetua & MacLee.

The item is currently listed at €27.99 pre-discount on Amazon.de. Also currently has a 5% discount option applied at checkout! So with the further 20% code this was a really nice deal.

Last month I picked up the Sofirm SC31b (Kit) on Amazon.co.uk with their code for about £9. The only things I didn't like about that one was the cool-white tint and low-CRI LED, and Micro-USB connector. This one is a bit more expensive (if you can even say that about a sub £25 light!), but addresses all those issued and improves the UI.

Item Subtotal: EUR 27,99
Delivery and Handling (UK): EUR 4,51
Promotion Applied: -EUR 7,00
Order Total: EUR 25,50
GBP 23.41*

Thank you again buddy. ARH

Like many other affordable lights not using extra 7135 chips in the driver for lower modes (like the YLP Unicorn) I assume the 2lm min is due to hardware limitations that make anything lower unstable/difficult to achieve. Vs being a conscious decision to make that the min.

thank you for the update

Looks like the US code has ended early.

I got a new link and code, see OP. Can you please try once again?

Price on US Amazon is higher than stated in OP.

Thanks for the hint. I have updated the OP accordingly.

I will ask Wurkkos for a new code.

I talked to Mark (Wurkkos). He said FC11 is currently being promoted by Amazon DE for a reduced price already (€ 23,79). He offered to provide me with a new code once the promotion has ended.

I’m really glad to hear that they fixed the UI on this light. Too bad I just missed the discount code.

I have good news for you. Mark just gave me a new code for Amazon US. The non-discounted price is also back to $ 29.99. :-)

OP is updated accordingly.

thank you, a new code upate already, 15% off from $29.99 :arrow_right:

any necessary update the USB C to C-C charge port?

If possible in terms of price/margin-ratio, I would prefer following improvements in FC11 rev. 3.0:

  • update of USB-C port to support type C-C cables (add two resistors)
  • remove the timed stepdown and use ATR (thermal regulation) instead
  • lower moonlight (0.5lm instead of 2lm)
