Jetbeam Jet-1 MK driver removal?

Ive got a Jetbeam Jet-1 MK i was swapping the LED on and i screwed up and put the MCPCB in the wrong way and couldnt get the reflector holder into the smaller holes.
Needless to say i was overagressive and screwed something up.

Now i cant get much current out of the driver at all.
Voltage is fine, i can technically light an LED, but barely.
I wanted to resolder the wires incase i pulled them off the driver or something but i cant seem to work out how to get into it.
Has anyone managed to get into the driver on this? You seem to have to go in the bottom, but i cant get it to move at all.

Any tips would be helpful!
I really liked the light originally, the beam pattern was really nice on the G2, but that CCT and tint :frowning:

The driver is just glued-in use something pointy and pop it out from the front, if you want to swap it, it takes any 15mm driver, FET+7135 works great.

Thanks. I forced it out.
Didnt think it was going to work anymore (compressed the two layers hard) but it seems to still pump voltage.
Will try some new wires and rebuild it when i get a chance, though im not excited about this driver.

Does anyone know of a 15mm NON FET driver i could use? 1-2A max would be fine, i was intending on putting a 219b in it and efficiency is the most important aspect.
