> Regarding to the SKU# 5720
> Hi, what is the max output (Amperes)of this dropin

Hopefully they will be as god as R5 dropins they have. Very pleased with those and how good are driven.

Smooth reflector, probably pwm driver. First drop in of the new year, for me

Hmmm . Manafont seems to be moving quickly on this one ...

Got one email saying order received ..

Few hours latter , oder being processed ...

Not so many hours latter , order posted to post office ....

Is this guy getting any sleep ?

probably the same as this ones:

Manafont seems to have the best price, though im not too thrilled with the low mode... too much light, i was hoping something between 10-40 Lumens tops and a great runtime at that setting.

Also the amp draw numbers seem to be really off on the ebay ones

Hi there Manoloco, thanks for the links! And welcome to BLF, hope you enjoy your stay!

Did anyone note the suggested working current [ 450 - 600mA ] aint gona get no 750 Lume from no stinking 600mA

Exactly, the amp draw numbers are really off, but i hope the low mode output numbers are wrong too, 110 lumens is too much for a low mode.
i obviously went with manafont for 2 reasons:
the price
the good feedback they are getting from the forum
i had an experience similar to old´s one, in just hours my order was processed and dispatched, great service so far (my first buy from Manafont)
Thanks for the welcome sb56637!

I also purchased this drop-in (before the BLF-special 33% off sale) and it changed to shipped very fast. Impressed with MF service so far. Let's see some reviews of the drop-in by people who ordered before me! :)

Has anyone received it?

Not yet , hopefully this week ... [ would be nice ]

Haven't received mine yet. Hoping for it to arrive the same day as the host. :)

Received today a parcel from HK with a XM-L dropin from hkequipment (among other things - Eneloop batteries)

Just a few quick remarks, as I'm in the office and it's daylight in Greece

1. Although it is supposedly an ULTRAFIRE dropin, it is NOT written anyware in the bottom of the driver (like the ones MANAFONT is selling)...

2. Quality seems OK with the standard Chinese soldering and reflector (OP in my case)

3. With a Solarforce battery v2 18650 (measured at 4.07 volts) I measured (Multimeter and leads of medium/low quality) 1.7 amps on High, 0.7amps on Med and 0.06 on Low...!!!

4. I have tested / used about 5-8 P60 dropins in the last month and this is the 1st that SOS and STROBE seem OK and work well!!!

TX for the info! ........... 1,7Amps is telling a driver swap for the 2,8A kaido one

Maybe it's the cables/leads not giving real results (could be higher, but anyway better that expected - 0.6amps)
I'll try later with my better SMM...

The seller states in his page

Working Current:450 - 600mA
Operate Voltage:3.7-4.2v

Mine did not show up yet, i guesstimate another 10 days. Manafont orders i got so far were delayed tremendously (after posted) for unknown reasons. KD was exquisitely fast using the stamps "trick" during december.

I ordered it the 1st day it showed up on mf, but i suspect i'll have to wait a week more to ge it. I hope i see great reviews untill my customs have had enough play with it.

I would say , Emitter Quality is going to dictate output ...

Im currently waiting on word for a new driver - Holding off on more XM-L builds ATM to see if this new driver might work better ..

Measurements repeated with a better DMM

Battery at 4.10 volts--> High = 2.5 amps, Med = 0.9 amps, Low = 0.08 amps!!!

That's good enough for me (and my P60 dropin, in order not to have problems with heat...)

That's great news! However, I only have a cheap multimeter, a DT-830B - are they really that inaccurate?
