I’ve been away for a while and had forgotten about this. Not being able to get 3 at a time is a bit of an annoyance, but at least I’m in time to get one.

UPDATE:

Sofirn order placed 2nd June, shipped notification 19th, arrival today (23rd June).

While I’m impressed with the speed, I had ordered a bunch of accessories as well as a C01S and C01R lights, package contained all the accessories and no lights???

Maybe Sofirn shipped them separately…?

Edit to add: The Q8 holster is a tight fit and doesn’t fit with my lanyard attachment
HOWEVER, the Q8 diffuser is really nice!

Since Sofirn is about to sell the new (colorful) batch of C01S on Amazon, I really hope they will be so kind to ship some C01R along to Amazon's warehouses. *fingers crossed*

Darn, the C01R is a gateway drug… I don’t want to think of how much I just spent on non-red items there.

On the brighter side, I just jump started the random gift arriving at random times train.

I found some “no-stepdown” versions of the same models available from Sofirn’s AliExpress site. They’re priced a bit more expensive (compared to in AE) than the regular models, but I would like to test the “no-stepdown” version (that doesn’t seem to be present in the regular Sofirn channels) so I also ordered them…

Only the SD05 without timer stepdown and SP31v2.0 without timer stepdown.

SD05 without timer stepdown is here: (I’m not sure if the ones in Sofirn AliExpress still have stepdown or no stepdown though), they also increased the lumens rating from 2500 to 3000 lumens:

I can’t seem to find the link for the SP31v2.0 without stepdown anymore. I recall there was only 3 units available when I grabbed one. It appears to have been de-listed. Order just shipped out, so I guess it may be a few more weeks before I can check them out.
