I wonder when MPOW runs out of numbers — will they change the fore letter (H) — Man they have a lot of models

Sumbitch… I’ve been forgetting to “turn ’em on” but just kicking in the ANC. :person_facepalming:

Sounded pretty good, regardless.

Yup—when the wife starts —just click on the ANC—Or maybe we can rename it WNC

The power is for bluetooth functionality, if you’re just using it wired, there is no need to turn on anything other than ANC.

Aha. Thought it was a combo of bt and internal amp.

Forgot how my [Bose] QC15s worked (got killed by an alkaleak). Wired-only, no bt, but iirr they needed to be turned on for the internal amp to work. Ie, don’t recall if they worked “passively” with no power. Probably did, but ain’t sure.

I can’t see on the pictures if the MPOW headphones have a 3.5mm jack and come with a replaceble audio cable (3.5mm on both sides) or the audio cable is permanently attached?

You might have to read Amazon reviews for the first two questions.

For the last question, if the headphones have bluetooth, the audio cable is not permanently attached.

got it thanks

Which Mpow model are you referring to?

All. I’m using the cable from my B3s.

For $10 hope it works for music when mowing the lawn.
Will give it a whirl, compare with some of my other headphones, possibly test on my several headphone amps.
Thanks for posting the deal.

Music headphones with active noise cancellation won’t eliminate the lawnmower sound (won’t protect your hearing one bit); it might just mask it so it isn’t as irritating. I use regular earmuffs to block the noise when I mow. But then, I already have some hearing loss. (Probably from certain forum members yelling at me from halfway across the globe :disappointed: .)

1 single 3.5mm jack, on the left can. Also, 1- 1M 3.5mm M/M cable included.

Got my H10’s yesterday. They sound decent for the $. You definitely won’t be going deaf using Bluetooth with your phone volume on high, but is just below too loud to be enjoyable. Sound & vocal definition is pleasantly crisp and a bit neutral.

Yeh, for actual noise, I got myself a set of osha-rated earmuffs.

Thanks for the feedback, sounds like a decent buy, I tend to damage the cable all the time, so a replaceable option is great

Got my H10 set yesterday and it's very impressive for $10. Used them before bed last night. Great buy.

Yeh, these all use the same cable, so you can interchange them at-will.

My QC15s, though, when I misplaced the cable or something (forgot why I had to do it in the first place, or maybe I was just being proactive), I had to wire up my own plug on one end, because the “pinout” was intentionally non-standard. Ground was like at the tip vs at the sleeve, and L/R were reversed, something retarded like that.

Just got’n’replaced new earpads for ’em, too, before that hateful little alkaleak took a dump down that hole. No way to get at it without completely disassembling the earmuffs.

So… rechargeable Li cell vs alkaleak? standard TRS-to-TRS cable vs mangled pinout? Ain’t looking back.

Just got my H10 today. Definitely good for $11 shipped (tax in WA). The microphone is pretty meh, but the drivers are definitely worth it. Clear and crisp. I have some custom 3.5mm cables I use on other headsets, and it also works good without the bluetooth processing of the audio.

Over ear isolation is pretty decent. ANC is ok for around the house, definitely not as good as my old QC15 (with cable and with bluetooth adapter when needed - only used on air planes). But for clarity and soundstage on my headphone amps (Elekit 882 Tube AMP, Massdrop THX AAA 789, and SMSL SH-8), it is as good as some $100 headphones, I would say balanced but a little bass heavy. Enjoyable. Will burn in and re-evaluate.

Definitely not up to $200+ headphones like my trusty Sennheiser HD600 open air headphones (custom cables) :stuck_out_tongue:

My only complaint so far is the built in microphone, and it clamps my ears a little hard.

Thanks for the post. This so far is definitely worth the $11 spent.

:cowboy_hat_face: Bose sounds like wall street hookers. No highs no lows, just the price tag
