Hi, I am AliExpress!

I think it is to do with the guaranteed delivery time or full refund. Basically they are charging you before, just in case it doesn’t arrive on time (and then have to full refund) - kinda wrong, unless you actually WANT it to be in your hands by a certain time, in which case you are covered for a full refund - ironically that doesn’t help if you needed it by that time and it didn’t arrive lol! A refund won’t power your device and you are let down either way.

In my opinion, item costs are up. shipping costs are up. but, delivery time is down. across all my purchases the average delivery has gone from 16.5 days to 14.3 days. (mathematical average, not exact numbers)

Welcome AliExpress.

Do you have any special coupon with big discount for us (BLF)???

Thanks

AliExpress' user last post was 24 days ago. It is to have had some other contribution already, just consider why it didn't happen. Don't lose your time here trying to span AliExpress user's attention.

Ok thanks. I did not noticed that

Looks like Ali went back inside the lamp. Need someone special like Aladin to get out,

Why do so many of the category options in stores not work? You get the message “Sorry, no matches were found for your refined search.” for so many.

I would like it if your vendors actually shipped the items I order. I am talking about inexpensive items. I wait two months, then contact the vendor, they ask you to wait 10 more days, then you have to file a dispute to get your money back.
Also,they provide phony tracking numbers.

The kind of energy you hold in this respect, Bwana, is of utmost importance. As with everything! You are responsible for trusting or distrusting their system, their vendors, etc.

I understand it can be hard to believe correctly, lightfully, positively, and etc. when all what you see is bull after bull and etc., but if you aim to get a good experience, that's the way you must believe!

I always get valid tracking numbers, and my shipments always reach home in time, even if I choose the cheapest shipping option without tracking number (the cheapest shipping options also feature tracking numbers; it's only that their tracking information is actually very limited).

Vendors can extend the delivery time window, and in a few rare cases where it was needed as a rule I got my delivery time auto-extended by the vendors. I have many hundreds of orders, and my delivery time only expired once or so.

One of the biggest problems AliExpress has right now is that they are surreptitiously downgrading their website, while promoting their smartphone application. This is another piss poor example of a company which doesn't knows how to have a secure website, and depends on third parties (Google, and the Android ecosystem where standard users by default are not rooted) for them to feel sure about the safety of their business. @#$%! As an example, my bank has a fully working website, fully working! This means I do not need to have to install another @#$% application to make use of its services, something which I really like.

I was not born yesterday, and I know safe websites and safe business have operated on the internet since the beginning. It's just these bamboozled rookies like AliExpress… LoL!

I can’t say all my experiences have been bad. I have been buying from them for some years and the majority of my encounters have been positive.

It seems lately things have gone south. Especially with inexpensive items.

I haven’t bought anything from AX in about 3yrs since they shiited up their website.

We have to have a policy on not resurrecting necro-ed threads. I’m serious.

Very frustrating looking at an OP only to realize that he/she was here YEARS AGO and hasn’t been active since! Jesus!

I had that coming. :stuck_out_tongue:

You can always look at post dates, so what's the problem? I don't think there's any, at all. When you are no longer interested in a thread, just unsubscribe from it. Problem solved.

In fact, the aggressive thread closing policies I usually find on certain forums actually cause a lot more trouble than what is happening here. For example, going to certain software support forums to report software bugs or issues. It often happens that developers just put a patch on something, but at a later date they (cough!) upgrade some other @#$%, the patch falls off… and well, the issue reappears. I've often found these closed threads, and I find somewhat irksome having to open a new thread to basically rewrite the same shite again, when it could be possible to relive the thread and add whatever new information.

And let's not forget this thread has no actual discussion of any sort by itself; just look at the mostly senseless thread title! But at least it was written in the Introduce Yourself section of the forum, I have to admit.

You have right Barkuti.

About the problem on Aliexpress:
From PC Browser I added some items on the wishlist and cart, regularly detected.

Then watching from the phone App they are disappeared on wishlist and the others on cart “item can’t be shipped to your country”.

So, is just a bug App or there are chance to not receive items if I buy them from PC?
Disappointed

I was actually perusing ol’ aliexpress since its mentioned a lot here… I wonder what store front in ali express our new friend reps?

anywho— AA (andrew-amanda) has been around for 10 years and we’re US owned and based. Our specialty is Nitecore primarily so if they have it we got it and its authentic product guaranteed. Or do people like fakes for 10-20 bucks less? maybe they don’t skimp on quality anymore? :money_mouth_face:

I’m personally famous for calling out amazon on fakes ( really look me up- “Mary amazon famous return girl” ) and now I actually go to smaller box stores for authentic product when I need it, bc I am so sick of the fraud.
If ya’ll are about that authentic life with your flashlights. Give us some love sometime. We do price matching and coupon codes all da timme!

Tempting! I like US based flashlight and flashlight companies. There are very few…mohrlumens, Mountain electronics are a couple. China retailers are hit and miss, except for a handful (Sofirn, Wurkkos, Convoy are trustworthy). Fenix, Wuben, Imalent, Nitecore, and I think Cyansky have US offices.

What the hell is wrong with this website. I haven’t purchased in over a year.

The prices for this 300mm filament originally showed $7.56 plus free shipping, added to cart now it jumped up to $12.50. I tried the ‘buy now option’ and got for $7.50 but I got charged for over 14% tax when the tax here is 7.5%. I mean I can’t get the item any where else cheaper but that is BS. Is there any evidence these tax charges actually get remitted to the proper place I highly doubt it. I was going to buy a different color but the price has jumped to $12.50 for 300mm and $9.50 150mm. I can open the same page in a private window and the listed price is down to $7.40 - $7.56 for 300mm and $4.50 for 150mm. How can a price fluctuate so much in a matter of minutes and why does it increase when I’m logged in. This website is ran by incompetence and scum bags.
