Banggood is super slow

I’ve normally had good service with Banggood but recently got caught where they were advertising the item as being in stock but no. They told me on their chat that the item was not in stock and would be in soon. After repeated complaints that they were false advertising I got my money back. Shame Banggood.

I’ve given up on them a long time ago. I don’t need anything that bad. It’s sad because I think the issues are mostly government/bank caused not the company.

I received my order today. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from banggood again.

I have ordered a sofirn flashlight from Banggood and opted for free shipping. It is almost over 70 days and yet to receive the item. Till 2020 I had good experience with Banggood. Now I hesitate to purchase even with express shipping option. Though the delay is not caused by Banggood but I may not get the product.

Item reached Shipping partner on July 12. But it is not delivered as of today- Aug 14th.

I’m curious how you know the delay is not being caused by BangGood? I’m still getting Aliexpress orders at reasonable times.

I received my EC03 in roughly the same time after shipping in Canada. It could be issues with some countries if the pandemic/economic issue caused by such could have closed boarders etc.

I never said I “know” anything. But I had issues with them years ago, when they told me they could not deal directly with me because their bank would not allow them to accept funds from my bank. I was having problems with my Pay Pal account at the time (resolved now). I do know they did actually try because I was notified by my bank of the attempt.

What is “reasonable” time? Depending on what you order they both USA warehouses.

I’ve had good experiences with BG shipping times.

The place that has terrible shipping times is Fasttech. My last order from them took 58 days. My previous order from them wasn’t a whole lot better. No more Fasttech for me.

I have gotten a few orders from BG the last few months. About the normal 2 to 3 weeks. I make sure I don’t buy anything that doesn’t have a “ships in 24 hours” on it though. Some products have 5 to 30 days before shipping. It’s on the description page. I always have problems with what I am assuming is products not in stock yet and their shipping estimates are wrong. Usually ending in a refund because they didn’t get the stock when they were expecting it. So I always pay attention to that.

I am still waiting on a YLP Unicorn, direct from YLP, been since May 28th now. I have been in contact with YLP. Very nice guys to talk to. I will give it another month. We believe its in the US but no tracking has been updated in few months now. PayPal ends it’s protection in Oct. but, I don’t think I’ll have to use it. YLP said they will refund or reship. I am really looking forward to that Unicorn.

A week more or less is not something that does worry me a lot. But there are limits of course.
So I send them an email, asking if the light was on stock. And if not, would they give me a refund.

So 5h48min after I send that email, I got a notification from PayPay that I was refunded.
Talking about good, fast, and not too expensive. Kudos for HKE :+1:

Be aware with Banggood. 3 weeks ago I ordered Fireflies ROT 66 from CZ warehouse with Idea to come to my country Bulgaria fast. But no :person_facepalming:
3 weeks later my package stuck somewhere in Austria. I tried to contact with BG support team but just get AI bot answer to wait 17 days. I also talk with some guys over reddit and they have similar issues with BG. So please pay only over Paypal and if you have problem with them just open dispute over it. I will waiting little more time and I will open Paypal dispute.

The dollar or so savings are so not worth going through Banggood.

I didn’t used these time BG for that reason. Because I ordered from EU warehouse I excepted faster delivery time. Also I don’t want to take care for customs. Last month I have holded my packages at customs for about month in my country. They arrived for about 2 weeks from China and holded for 1 month for custom clearance :frowning:

I have had all good experiences with BG shipping to US. Usually 1 week quicker then my ETA ship date. But BG has always sent the right product, in my 8-10 orders from them. I recently ordered from AX 6 orders in 2 weeks. I received my first 2 orders (3 - FT03 Mini NM1, in 3 body/led colors) and all 3 lights came in the wrong body and led color… They all came in within 3 weeks to USA, which i was very grateful for, but now trying to resolve having 3 colored LED”s that are not what i wanted (and that are most underwhelming) is a whole different issue. The seller said they would “take care of me”, but also that they need to consult their customer service dept before telling me how they will do that? Then who i am talking to? and they only respond to my message 1x per day, at 2 am, my time. i understand the time difference but, all i’m saying is, they better take care of this. It is EXTREMELY disappointing to have this experience on my first order. Wasn’t worth saving the money if over BG if i don’t receive what i ordered.

I had a similar issue with being sent a different product banggood customer service rectified the issue within a week and reshipped my order.

That seems to be an issue with your countries postal service and not an issue with banggood as they seemed to have shipped accordingly and arrived at your country fairly quickly if the delay is due to the countries postal regulations then it shouldn’t be passed off to blame banggood for that issue.

I recently received a order in under 3wks which is a record, but have 2 more orders that are going to be very slow.

The problem is with Europe warehouse. I have a lot orders from BG in China and never got any issue with them. The problem is with lack of customer support. I tried to contact with them just because I think there is problem with DPD logistics. They just answer me probably with AI bot to wait 17days without to try to check what is going on with my package.

It’s unfortunate as their website is well organized, the prices are good and they have good customer service. It’s their shipping method that should be re-evaluated. Granted they gather all your items and process as one shipment (with a picture as proof of shipment?), then bundled and expedited thru PostNL. The latter takes care of the logistics and your package is part of a larger consignment. Tracking just shows hops from one hub to another, with long delays between. In my experience, some 8 weeks till reception.

well i ordered ft03 on oct 16th, delivered on 27th, i think thats pretty solid. meanwhile i ordered s4+ on AE on oct 18th, still not here yet.

I put in an order for 5 lights at Banggood yesterday 12:10PM and was notified they shipped everything 1:27AM this morning.

well to my surprise all 3 of my last orders I received in under 3 weeks and all were delivered by FedX which has never happened before. All before were delivered by USPS .
