Gorgeous, good job!
This might be my first red hunting torch
What is the frequency of the strobe mode please?
Thank you Acebeam! I love the compact E10 with white LED, and couldn’t resist ordering an L17 in white today.
FYI, for those in the USA, Killzone Flashlights just received a shipment of L17. Looks like the best price and free shipping in the USA. I’ve ordered from them in the past and have been very pleased with their customer service.
Is there a discount code for this?
Indeed, that is quite a claim. I think they’re wrong, but it always depends on their definition.
There is always room for different interpretations.
Honestly, the Manker MC13 w/ 18650 tube is more appealing to me. This one just has more “tacticool” going on - otherwise same LED and optics.
Having a hard time deciding on the L17 or the Manker group buy this payday. The Manker EDC Muscle Combo is hard to pass up and its a one time deal as well but really don’t care about the MC14 so just might get the L17 and later buy the MC13.
There is also the consideration that they are using different types of the Osram emitter. L17 produces more lumens…
Yeah, I just removed myself from the Manker group buy. I have no interest in the MC14 so I am getting the L17 this week. I’ll purchase the MC13 later and see if anyone has problems with them. Besides I don’t own a Manker flashlight, there not real appealing to me but the MC13 sounds interesting. The different color emitters do nothing for me. A great buy for anyone interested though.
The L17 uses the W2 while the MC13 uses the W1.1 emitter. Theyre not the same.
I noticed the L17 product page lists a blue option. Any info or specs on this? I suspect it would be very similar to the MC13 blue.
Not sure if this information means any help on this matter. Thorsten "Gatzetec" Gatzemeier (www.gatzetec.de), a German distributor of Acebeam flashlights, asked on TLF if anyone is interested in a blue version of the L17. If sufficient interest is collected, Acebeam might be willing to sell a blue version like Manker does with their MC13.

The light is huge for an 18650. It is larger than most 21700 lights. For this size, I don't understand why Acebeam didn't just make it a 21700 light? I like how with this optic, the spill gets dispersed evenly so the hotspot stands out more than from a reflector light.
