For night bike/scooter riding, wanting to get an idea on flashlight combos that people here might have on their handlebars? Not bike lights but flashlights.
For me I’m thinking…
1) S2+ with Samsung LH351D, 4000K ( tilted down @ 50’ ground beam spread)
2) Convoy C8+, 5000K ( mounted straight for spot @ 50’ and beyond)
I’ve got a electric scooter coming and will mount 2 lights in the handle bars.
Sounds like a nice combination, just a red bike flasher for the back

The C8+ has the SST40, 5000K. It’s gotta be light. Plus it’s quite a thrower.
I got the Astrolux H01 headlamp. Gonna try it out but I wear a full face helmet though. I also have the MF01 Mini. Two actually @ SST20 4000K and 6500K. Anyone ever use the silicon flashlight straps like in the picture?
I’ve tried using a Convoy S2 back when I didn’t have a mount. It works… ish. Give me the flat beam of the Lumintop B01 any day over useless vertical spill.
I have not tried the silicone strap mount you linked, but this style works well.
You can find clones on Chinese websites as well.
Main reason for picking S2+ is I already have bunch of TIR optics to try. Plus I have few 3000K-4000K leds to try too. That Amazon one looks pretty good. For sure you’ll be able to wrap a flashlight up tight!
